Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Below are responses to frequent questions we receive about false eyelashes, including the benefits of 3D Real Mink and 3D Faux Mink Lashes.
What is the difference between 3D Real Mink and 3D Faux Mink false eyelashes?
Mink lashes are widely considered to be the ultimate luxury in false eyelashes. The short answer is that Real Mink lashes are from the hair sheddings of a mink, whereas Faux Mink seek to imitate real mink with silk material.
Real 3D Mink lashes are 100% cruelty free false eyelashes made from the sheddings of the mink, a small animal related to otters. Real Mink lashes are known to be thick, super soft and durable. They blend extremely well with our natural human lashes and don’t require mascara to blend with your lashes.
We want to make it clear that no harm has been done to these beautiful animals during the collection process
Faux Mink lashes are made from high quality silk protein which imitates real mink strands whilst maintaining the exceptional real mink quality.
Because of their quality, our 3D Real Mink lashes can last up to 25 wears with proper care. Our 3D Faux Mink lashes can last up to 20 wears with proper care. Refer to our How to Care for Nardin Lashes page for further details.

Can you curl Nardin Lashes?
Yes, of course. Nardin Lashes can be treated as if they were your own.
Can you apply mascara or any sort of product?
Please do NOT apply mascara to Nardin Lashes as this may ruin the quality and shape of the lashes. It can also reduce the number of wears. It is however okay to apply mascara to your own eyelashes before applying Nardin Lashes.
